A: Workflow 1: Research & Copy
This workflow reads a list of prospects from a Google Sheet, researches each company's website, and writes a personalized cold email directly back into the sheet.
A: Workflow 2: Follow Up Copy
This workflow automatically generates two follow-up emails for each successfully delivered contact. One is a follow up, and another is a breakup.
A: Workflow 3: First Delivery Rotation
This workflow is the actual sending engine of your cold email system. It reads all email-ready rows from your Google Sheet and sends each one from a different sender account.
A: Workflow 4: Undelivered Check
This workflow runs silently in the background, watching a central inbox for undelivered or bounce notifications.
A: Workflow 5: Undelivered Cleanup
This workflow reads every unprocessed entry from your "Undelivered" sheet (populated by Workflow 04), looks each address up in your main campaign sheet, and flags those contacts as INVALID so they're automatically excluded from all future follow-up sequences.
A: Workflow 6: Follow Up Delivery
